Fundada por Gláucio Bentes Gonçalves e Walkíria Viana Gonçalves, no dia 08 de junho de 1987, colabora até hoje com o engrandecimento da comunicação no interior da Amazônia. Dá voz a comunidade, denuncia, sugere, aplaude e ajuda no desenvolvimento de Parintins, a cidade mais importante do interior do Amazonas. Com jornalismo vibrante e linha editorial definida, ouve todas as vozes, de diferentes linhas ideológicas, religiosas, políticas e culturais, em especial quando se trata dos Bois Garantido e Caprichoso. De acordo com o diretor Enéas Gonçalves, a Rádio Clube consegue dar maior espaço a diferentes segmentos da sociedade local, sejam eles religiosos, políticos ou culturais. Os investimentos em tecnologia também fazem a diferença na expansão da audiência. No dia 25 de Abril de 2012, estreou a Radio Clube de Parintins Online - www.radioclubedeparintins.com - Pessoas do mundo inteiro estão interagindo com a Radio do Povão. Enéas Gonçalves afirma que a expansão de sinal, de 5 KW para 25 KW, deu a Parintins maior visibilidade diante do meio de comunicação mais popular na Amazônia, o rádio.
